Introduced to the market in 1981, the Mediterranean is available in four sizes and employs energy efficient lamp sources to meet the demands of the 21st century. All sizes can be configured with a bracket, featuring the distinctive and popular double arm scroll design, to a pendant, or pole and cross arm mounted design that can be modified into a variety of configurations to create a custom, traditional look.
The Mediterranean Collection is available in both reflector and refractor optical systems. In 2007, ELA introduced an IES full-cutoff (0% uplight) segmented reflector with a tempered horizontal lens and modified its original housing design to offer an IES cutoff (less than 2.5% uplight) system in three of its sizes for dark-sky compliance.
All units are cast ASTM 356.1 aluminum except for the smallest size which is both cast aluminum and brass. Special color, finishes and lens options are available to respond to the specifier’s specific requirements or to further enhance a customized appearance to your site's theme.
